Pillar II — Build Institutions

A school is where a nation is rebuilt. So we build schools — and what schools become.

SIRI — Social Innovation to Rebuild India — is our institution-building model. It starts with a child, reaches the family, transforms the community, and serves the nation. One institution runs free in Bengaluru today. Three more are on the way.

Every gift is eligible for 80G tax benefit. We currently accept donations from Indian citizens & entities only.

The SIRI model

Children → Family → Community → Nation

Most schools stop at the child. A SIRI institution refuses to. It is school-centric by design: the child is the doorway through which an entire family, then a community, is rebuilt.

Step 01

Children

Free, dignified education across ten dimensions of growth — from health and hard work to character, leadership and entrepreneurship.

Step 02

Family

Weekly training for parents, courses for mothers, a place of honour for elders — the household rises with the child.

Step 03

Community

Trees planted at every home, mothers leading value education, neighbours drawn into the work of the school.

Step 04

Nation

Children of character become citizens of consequence. Multiply the model, and the community school becomes national infrastructure.

This is not theory. The model has run every school day since 2021 at Noble International School, Bagalur — 160 children, 100+ families, 2,000 trees.

Four institution types

One working. One operating. Two to follow. We tell you which is which.

Each institution type carries its own promise. We publish honest statuses because trust is the only currency a foundation has.

Operational since 2021

Community School

“Every Child Learns with Dignity”

Noble International School in Bagalur, Bengaluru — a free K-12 SIRI-model school for 160 children of multi-dimensional poverty. The reference standard for every institution that follows.

Medical Academy

“Building Doctors with Skill and Soul”

Rebuild India Medical Academy Pvt Ltd trains medical aspirants with the same values-first method — a for-profit institution within the ecosystem, run and funded on its own strength, separate from the charitable trust.

To follow

Leadership Academy

“Future Administrators for a Stronger India”

An academy to prepare young Indians for public life and administration — grounded in policy, law and the Constitution, in economics and finance, and in the leadership the republic deserves.

To follow

Gurukula

“Rooted in Tradition, Rising to Lead the World”

A residential institution where India's civilisational depth and the modern world's demands are taught as one curriculum — tradition as the root, global leadership as the reach.

The shared foundation

Different institutions. The same spine.

Whether it teaches a six-year-old or a medical aspirant, every institution we build stands on the same three commitments: values, cultural rooting and patriotic spirit. Character first; everything else is built upon it.

On that spine sits a common architecture: growth across five dimensions of a learner's life, and mastery of four competencies the nation most needs. And because what is not measured is not real, every learner is tracked through a multidimensional assessment — at Noble International School, a report across all ten dimensions of growth, issued every year.

The four competencies
  • Policy, law & the Constitution — how the republic actually works.
  • Economy, finance & investment — how prosperity is built and kept.
  • Leadership — how people are moved toward what is right.
  • Entrepreneurship — how value is created from nothing.
SIRI in action

Six initiatives carry the model from classroom to community.

Each initiative is a working programme at Noble International School today — not a plan, a practice.

SIRI Shiksha

Free, Dignified Education

The core: a complete K-12 education, entirely free, for children of multi-dimensional poverty — delivered with the dignity every child deserves.

SIRI Samruddhi

Weekly Family Training

Every week, families of our children gather to learn — household finances, health, parenting, planning. The child's rise becomes the family's rise.

SIRI Parisara Mitra

One House, One Tree

2,000 trees planted and counting — one at every home we can reach, tended by the families themselves. The greening of a community, house by house.

SIRI Matru Shakti

The Power of Mothers

English, digital literacy and fitness courses for mothers — because when a mother gains confidence and capability, the whole household changes course.

SIRI Anubhava Mantapa

A Seat for the Elders

A gathering place named for the ancient hall of experience — where the community's elders are honoured, heard, and woven back into its life.

SIRI Chetana Kendra

Mothers Leading Values

Mothers trained to lead value education in their own neighbourhoods — the community teaching the community what matters most.

The proof institution

Noble International School: the model, running.

Since 2021, 160 children of multi-dimensional poverty in Bagalur, Bengaluru have received their entire education free — and have been measured, every year, across ten dimensions of growth: health & fitness, hard work, consistency, teamwork, discipline, spiritual development, character, leadership, entrepreneurship and scholastics.

The school costs ₹65,000 a day to run — ₹12,300 a month per child in true cost, ₹2.4 crore a year to transform 160 children and their families. Every rupee of it is given, and every rupee is accounted for.

Every gift is eligible for 80G tax benefit; receipts issued for every donation. We currently accept donations from Indian citizens & entities only.

“If 4,000 people gave just ₹500 a month, this school would never worry again.” The Noble Circle — nisedu.in
Your move

Institutions are built one child at a time. Start with one.

Sponsor a child at the working school — ₹4,000 a month gives one child of multi-dimensional poverty their entire education, and gives you their first name, photo and an annual ten-dimension report.
