Two hours a week, validated hour by hour. Knowledge proven in service — teaching at a Nurture Centre, and the club’s own projects in its own neighbourhood. Knowledge that is never used is not knowledge.
Wealth
Internships, employment, leadership positions and entrepreneurship support — extended by partner companies. Access opens in proportion to commitment to learning and service. Neither the associate nor the partner pays any fee.
Individual Net Worth = Knowledge + Skills + Network + Wealth.

How progress is measured
One point is one validated hour.
Not one point for a certificate, or for showing up, or for being liked. One hour of learning or service, validated. That is the only currency, and it cannot be bought.
Those hours carry an associate up twelve Levels in four Phases — from Aspirant, who has chosen the path, to Beacon, a complete and balanced human being and social leader. Beacon stands at ten thousand validated hours: the ten thousand hours by which deliberate practice is held to ripen into mastery.

Curriculum development
Nine strands — five dimensions and four competencies — have to be written, tested and revised. This is the slowest and least visible work, and the most important.
Research & development
The assessment instruments are in first edition and under expert review. Getting them right is what makes development measurable rather than asserted.
